Pricing

• Pricing is based on internet sales only. We are not a stocking dealer and order each gun just for you.
• Although we have no minimum order we do have a $5.00 handling charge for orders less than $500.00
• There is a $5.00 extra charge for the NICS check when picking up your gun at my home in Dayton, Texas.

Shipping

• Ground shipping is free for orders over $1000.00
• Shipping cost is based on estimated costs from your selected carrier, but we will never charge you more.
• All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL or picked up in Montgomery, Texas.
• Handguns can only be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail.
• Licensed law enforcement personnel should call prior to placing orders.
• Adult signatures required on some items.
• We DO ship guns to California.
• Orders received prior to 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.
• Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on Thursday will likely ship on Tuesday due to the weekend.

Returns

• Firearms may not be returned but we will assist you in warranty repairs.
• Canceled orders must be approved and will incur a 10% restocking fee once your card is charged.

Miscellaneous

• All firearms are warranted by the manufacturer only. Firearms may not be returned.
• Know your states laws regarding your ability to purchase certain items. If you purchase an item which you are not allowed by law to purchase or receive, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to refund your sale.
